Hello, My name is Steven Zhang. I come from China and study in Canada for about 6 years. This is my last year in uvic. I study mathmatics & stats in uvic.
I grew up in Shanghai and my first language is Chinese.I had a tough time studying in China. Canada is a great place to unwind and live a relaxed life. I have more time to enjoy my extracurricular activities (like soccer) and can also enjoy the warm local.
I hope to learn more about education through this course, as I would very much like to become a math teacher or tutor in the future.
